INTERTWINE

InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, typography, Riso printing

an experimental series of riso prints on different types of paper to illustrate the concept of intertwining

This mini project explored Riso color limitations and registration as a design constraint, examining how different printing techniques influence both visual language and interpretation. Working in Doha, Qatar, the project became a study in interconnected narratives, how individual life paths intersect briefly and meaningfully, much like strangers sharing a space. The tactile nature of Riso printing reinforced this concept, allowing color overlap, misregistration, and variation to become part of the storytelling rather than a flaw in the process.
